We built our estimate process this way because most people don't want to take an extra day off work just to get a quote on their bumper. Drive over on your lunch break. Bring the car. We'll write the estimate, explain what the repair involves, and answer your questions before you leave.
How The Estimate Works
When you arrive, our estimator walks the vehicle with you, identifies all visible damage, and writes a detailed line-item estimate using the same software your insurance company uses. We document the damage with photos, note part numbers, and price labor at insurance-approved rates.
You get a printed copy. So does your insurance, if you've already filed a claim. If you haven't filed yet, the estimate gives you the numbers you need to make that decision.
If we suspect hidden damage that isn't visible without disassembly, we'll note it on the estimate. Insurance carriers expect supplements when hidden damage shows up during repair, so this isn't a surprise to anyone, but we want you to know the final number could change.
Direct Insurance Billing
We work directly with every major insurance company in Oregon. State Farm, Allstate, Progressive, Geico, Liberty Mutual, Farmers, USAA, and the regional carriers. You bring us the claim number and we handle the rest.
That means we send the estimate to your adjuster, file supplement requests when hidden damage is found, get approvals before extra work begins, and bill the insurance carrier directly when the repair is done. Your only out-of-pocket cost is your deductible.
You Choose The Shop
Your insurance company may suggest one of their preferred shops. You're not required to use them. Oregon law gives you the right to choose your own repair shop, and your insurance has to honor that choice. Bring the car here and we'll work with whatever carrier you have.
